Belevedere Hotel Condominium
The Belevedere used to be a hotel, and is now a condominium. It is located only a block away from my condo. It was built in 1904 and patterned after the famous Plaza Hotel in New York City. It fell into disrepair by the 1970s, and was once used as a college dormitory before it was shuttered. Later, it was renovated into condos.
